Trial Period Agreement
Pom Prints Rescue has a mandatory one (1) week trial period. This is to see if the dog/puppy is the pet for your family and if the dog/puppy does well with other pets if any. This may be extended to two (2) weeks if need be.
When taking the dog/puppy for the trial period the potential adopter/adopters must sign this agreement taking full responsibility for the dog/puppy.
If any illness, injuries or death of the dog/puppy should occur while in the care of the potential adopter/adopters due it neglect, they will be responsible for all veterinary cost. Due to the death of the dog/puppy the potential adopters will be responsible for the value of the dog/puppy stated in Pom Prints Rescue adoption donation plus any vet care provided.
Once the trial period ends and the adoption of the dog/puppy is finalized by signing the adoption agreement the adoption donation is non-refundable. The adoption donation will be collected at the time the adoption is finalized and the adoption agreement is signed.
