Updates From The Adoptors
Thank you to everyone that has adopted from Pom Prints Rescue. Thank you for your support and giving our dogs loving, forever homes. We appreciate it. Thank you for the pictures, e-mail and phone call updates!
As you know Casey has a lot of issues that need to be worked on. We placed him with a wonderful couple that is doing a wonderful job with him. They have experienc with the type of issues Casey has, his Mommy is a vet tech. I get weekly updates from his new Mommy and would like to share his progress.

So Sunday was a month! We love him to death. He is very bratty still but wonderful all at the same time. He is laying with his back foot on my shoulder as I write this. We were justing kissing and now it is nap time. He has his moods, but he also seems to be very attached to us. He seems to like Nora. He was sleeping on the couch with her the other day. He gets just as annoyed with Tanner as Jeremy and I do... It is kind of funny. He howls with the other dogs. It is hillarious!!! So he understands his is part of the pack. He also gets very mouthy if Jeremy or I are correcting one of the other dogs, like if we tell someone to get down he gets all mad like we are telling him and he snarls. We are just taking it one step at a time.
He will be all mad at us then snuggle up five seconds later. So I do not understand that, but I think it will just come with time. Casey does what Casey wants when Casey wants it and not one second earlier. He will learn the routine sooner or later. I just love him though. Overall, he is a great boy, just has some problems.
Thank you so much for saving him.

This week Casey went to work with me and was very behaved. He took to sleeping on the reception chair. We were closed cause Dr Black was gone so he helped me clean and do other things. Jeremy took him to Petsmart yesterday and said he did great until they stopped at sheetz and a big dog scared him. Then he refused to get out of Jeremys seat and snarled. I have been horribly ill since Friday I have spent most of my time laying around. I think Casey knew I was not feeling good and he spent most of Saturday cuddle bugging and playing with me on the couch.
He has changed so much just in these first 3 weeks.. He tells me when he wants fed and needs to go out by showing me. He jumps at the kitchen counter when he wants his wet
Food and the door to pee. Only thing now is he thinks when we put our shoes on he gets to go. So we argue a little about it. He is a little ham!

Lori,
Wanted to give you an update. So it has been two weeks now. Casey is well. Last night and today were the worst with him. He was upset about something, not sure what. I think it may be that I would not let him eat cat food last night. But as I told Robert on Friday, he is for sure showing improvement. Until last night he really had stopped growling and snarling at us. He comes when called for the most part now. He has accidents rarely in the house, but mostly I think it is because sometimes he gives signs and I do not realize what he wants. If I ask what he wants he usually will show me. He is getting better with not being scared of the other dogs. He seems to have warmed up to Nora the most. He stepped on her last night and she did not even care. Saturday he jumped on the couch with Jeremy and wanted to wresle then cuddled up and went to sleep with him for about 45 minutes. He sleeps with us in bed much to the Kitties dismay. He runs to the top of the stairs and sticks his head threw the banister and waits for me to walk up the stairs and kisses me nonstop. We love him to death. Still needs some work, but he has for sure become part of the family. :) Thanks for rescuing him for us!
Ohh btw Mugsy and Pugs are hillarious!!! I love them. I hope they find a home soon, hopefully someone would take them both. I can only imagine the crazy that is your house with all those puppies right now. Smokey is sweet little man too. If you need anything let me know.

Plus I took it with my phone. I just got home from work a minute ago and he came running across the back of the couch tail a wagging to give me kisses. I think he likes it here :) talk to u soon

We plowed a play area for the girls to play because as you know the snow was tooooo deep. They love to tunnel and our grandkids came over and we made them a maze to play in. They sure do make having snow fun again.

I'm not sure how much snow you got out your way, but we got around 20 inches here and Lulu is loving it! I have attached some pictures of her enjoying the snow. They are just too precious not to share!
Stay warm and dry!
